Vintage, Almost Antique, Cast Iron Painted Flower Design Candle Holder

Hi. Free Shipping in the US. Here is a Cast Iron Painted Flower Design Candle Holder 1924. Some paint chips, some scuffs and wear.  Could use a cleaning.  Colors have faded.  Stamped "Pat. 12-2-24" and a LVL logo.  Some pencil marking on bottom  might be a candidate for repainting with some bright bold colors, or use as-is.
